If you run a small business — a studio, a service, a craft, a clinic, a consultancy — the photos on your website, LinkedIn, and Instagram are doing more work than you think. They are what people see before they meet you.

A branding session is built differently than a portrait session. We plan it around the photos you actually need: the about page hero, the LinkedIn headshot, the social grid, the press kit. By the end you have a small library of images that work everywhere your business shows up.

Use Cases

Where these photos work.

A single branding session produces images that quietly do their job across every platform your business uses.

For your website

The hero image, the about page portrait, in-page visuals that aren't stock photography. The first impression visitors get.

For LinkedIn

Headshots that don't look like every other LinkedIn headshot. Subtle differentiation that signals you take your work seriously.

For Instagram

A content library you can pull from for months — not the same photo recycled, but a real range of looks and contexts.

For press & features

Editors and journalists ask for high-resolution photos all the time. A branding session means you have them ready.

For email signatures

The small face in your email signature works harder than you think. A great one builds trust before you've said a word.

For speaking & events

Conference websites, podcast guest features, panel announcements — they all need a polished photo.

The Process

How a session actually works.

01

Quick consultation

A 20-minute call before the session to understand your business, your audience, and what photos you actually need. I'll help you decide on outfits and locations.

02

The session itself

Relaxed, guided. We work through 2–3 locations and outfit looks. I'll direct you on posing and expressions — you don't need to be a model, you just need to show up.

03

Sneak peek within 48 hours

I'll send 3–5 favorites within two days so you can post or use one immediately if you need to.

04

Full gallery in one week

Your full retouched gallery is delivered within seven days. All high-resolution, ready for whatever platform you need them on.

FAQ

Common questions.

I'm not photogenic. Should I still book?

Almost everyone says this. Almost everyone is wrong. The job of the photographer is to make you feel comfortable enough that the real you shows up — and that's the version that photographs well.

Can my team book a session together?

Yes. Team headshots are available — pricing scales with the number of people. Get in touch with your team size and I'll send a quote.

Do I get a commercial use license?

Personal use is included. Commercial use (paid advertising, billboards, paid social campaigns) is a small additional fee. For normal website and social media use, no extra fee is needed.

What should I wear?

I'll send you a guide after you book. Short version: solid colors photograph better than busy patterns, fit matters more than style, and bring a few options so we can mix things up.

Can the session be in my office or studio?

Absolutely. Working in your own space often produces the most authentic photos — your workshop, your studio, your home office, your storefront.

What's the turnaround?

Sneak peek within 48 hours. Full gallery within 7 days. If you need something faster for a launch or press deadline, let me know in advance and we'll work it out.

Let's plan your session.

Tell me what you do, what photos you need, and roughly when. I'll be in touch within 24 hours with availability and next steps.
